To share a video file with your students in UBlearns it is best to host it in Panopto.

Step-by-Step
Within a Content module, click the blue Upload/Create button, and then click Create a File. This will allow you to create a web page in UBLearns that displays the video viewer to students.
In the page editor, you can enter any supporting text or images you'd like. Be sure to create a title for the page. Then, to install the video, click the Insert Stuff button.
In the Insert Stuff dialog, click Panopto Embed (Instructor Only)
In the Panopto Embed (Instructor Only) dialog, click the Upload tab. You see an area surrounded by a dotted border. You may drag and drop in video files, or click it to open an Explorer/Finder window, to select files on your device.
After you have chosen or dropped in a file, Panopto will upload it, process it, and prepare it for playback. Once it has begun processing you will see a blue Insert button in the lower right of the dialog. Click it to prepare the video player. If the video is not prepared, the viewer will message "Video will be ready shortly." That's OK; click the blue Insert button and it will install the viewer in the page.
Once the viewer is installed in the page, you can add or edit anything else in the page, and then click the blue Save and Close button to create the page. When the video has completed processing it will be available to your students.
