How TDX technicians can assign/reassign a ticket in TDNext.

Assigning or Reassigning a Ticket
1. Open ticket
2. Click on green Actions button
3. Select Reassign Service Request
4. Type name in New Responsibility field
5. Click on Save
Note: TeamDynamix Administrators recommend that you assign Tickets to Groups rather than a
person.
