Podium Computer Setup
1. Press Shift on keyboard to wake computer OR Turn On computer, if necessary
2. You will see Login Image on the podium computer monitor
3. Press Enter on Keyboard
4. Login with your UBIT name and password
5. Insert Flash Drive if using
Touch Screen setup
1. Touch Control Panel to wake
2. Touch Button to Start
3. System Starts (should take 2 minutes)
4. Touch to use
- Internal PC
- Portable Device (use HDMI cable on podium)
- Presentation Mode to use your PowerPoint Notes
Sound Control
Use Volume Buttons on keyboard
- Less Sound
- More Sound
- Mute Sound
Camera Control
- Select Front Camera (front of room between monitors)
- Select Rear Camera (camera over bed)
- Use Presets for camera position
- Pan Left or Right
- Tile Up or Down
- Zoom In or Out
Shutting Down
Podium
1. Touch System Off on touch panel
2. Touch Power Down
Sign out of computer
1. Right Click Start Menu
2. Select Sign Out
