Signing into Adobe Reader DC to Upgrade it to Adobe DC Pro

Please complete ALL steps, including step 5, to activate the Adobe Pro features on your computer:

 

  1. Open Adobe Reader DC and click “Sign In” at the top right corner.

  2. On the login page, enter your UB email address and click “Continue.”

  3. On the Select an account page, choose “Company or School Account.”

  4. You’ll be redirected to the familiar UB login page. Log in using your UBIT name and password. You’ll also be prompted with Duo two-factor authentication.

     

  5. ❗IMPORTANT: Select “Upgrade” to enable all Adobe Acrobat Pro features.

⚠️ Note: The upgrade process may take some time to complete. You can continue working in other applications while it runs.

6. The Adobe Reader DC application will now appear as Adobe Acrobat

7. You may need to reboot several times after the upgrade
