Voicemail: Configure voicemail on shared phone number

From Off-Campus Phone:

1. Dial the Cisco Unity system:
   Dial 645-3333.

2. Access the Greeting Administrator:
   When the call is answered, press 8 to access the Cisco Unity Greeting Administrator.

3. Enter Your ID:
   Enter your 7-digit UB extension number (this is your unique identifier).

4. Enter Your PIN:
   Enter your Personal Mailbox Security PIN (this is the PIN you set for your voicemail).

5. Enter the Call Handler ID:
   Enter the 7-digit phone number you want to modify (this is the number for which you are changing the greeting).

6. Follow the Prompts:

   • Press 2 to record your Standard Greeting.

From On-Campus Phone:

1. Press the Message Button:
   Press the Message button on your phone.

2. Enter the PIN:
   You will be prompted for a PIN. Just press the # key to continue.

3. Access the Greeting Administrator:
   Press 8 to access the Cisco Unity Greeting Administrator.

4. Enter Your ID:
   Enter your 7-digit UB extension number.

5. Enter Your PIN:
   Enter your Personal Mailbox Security PIN.

6. Enter the Call Handler ID:
   Enter the 7-digit phone number you are trying to modify.

7. Follow the Prompts:

   • Press 2 to record your Standard Greeting.

Helpful Hints:

• Recording Tip: When recording your greeting, make sure to wait for 3 seconds at the end of your message to give callers enough time to make their selection.
