ILLiad Slips Not Printing

Problem: ILLiad slips are not printing.

Solution: Enable Use Legacy Mail Merge Method:

1. In the ILLiad Client, click the Menu Icon ☰ in the top left.
2. Click Options.
3. Look for the Print Settings section and check the box that says "Use Legacy Mail Merge Method," and then click OK at the bottom.
4. Close and reopen the Client. 
5. Try to print again.
