Contact us to initiate a request to add a new item or collection to the UB Institutional Repository (UBIR). This service does not directly deposit your work but notifies UBIR librarians of your request. You will receive an email notification once your request has been reviewed.

Scholarly PublicationsOne or more journal articles, book chapters, book reviews, or conference proceedings you authored or co-authored, published or accepted for publication.

Other Scholarly Works – Any other scholarly work you authored or co-authored that does not fit in the “Scholarly Publications” category. Examples: research posters, presentation slide decks, video or audio recordings you created for scholarly purposes, technical reports you authored.

Departmental ProjectA project that includes multiple scholarly works from various UB authors within the same department. Examples: A collection of UB student-authored works from a course you teach, organized by year and semester or a collection of curricular materials UB faculty have created as part of a collaborative project.
