Accessing an Shared Mailbox in Outlook Web and Outlook (New) Interface

Method 1: Adding a Shared Mailbox for Easy Access

Open Outlook Web or Outlook (New) and sign in.

Click File -> Settings

Click Accounts -> Shared with me

Click Add

Enter the email address of the shared mailbox.

Click Continue

The mailbox will now appear in your folder list for quick access.
Method 2: Open Another Mailbox from Outlook Web

After logging into Outlook Web App, click on your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.

Select Open another mailbox from the dropdown menu.

Type the email address of the alternative mailbox.

Click Open.

The mailbox will open in a new tab or window.
