Description

  • Navigate is an app that will help you manage your academic journey and connect effectively with the full range of resources at UB.
  • Assistance is provided for:
    • EAB Navigate Access. This may include, but not limited to:
      • First Time Access Request
      • Additional Access Request
      • Change/Removal of Access 
    • EAB Navigate setting changes. This may include, but not limited to:
      • Try a New Navigate Feature
      • Change to Offerings or Adding New Programs
      • Adding/Updating Services
    • Data issues.  This may include, but not limited to:
      • Data discrepancy from HUB to Navigate
      • Category Issues/Questions
    • General Issues. This may include, but not limited to:
      • Calendar Sync & Scheduler
      • Reports & Campaigns
      • Alerts
    • Caseload Assignments: This may include, but not limited to:
      • Caseload Assignments
      • Peer Mentor Assignments
      • Other Staff Assignments
    • Student Platform issues. This may include, but not limited to:
      • Login issues or Appointment Issues
      • Application not working correctly
      • Math Readiness Assessment (MRA)
