Service Description
If you are a School of Nursing employee experiencing issues with accessing Wende or Beck Hall with your UBID card please use this service to report an issue.
All School of Nursing employees are automatically granted appropriate access to Wende and Beck swipe access except for Volunteers and Research Fellows.
Service Features Include
- Troubleshooting denied access with valid credentials.
- Troubleshooting non-responsive hardware or credentials

Service Audience
School of Nursing Faculty, Staff, including Students who are employed by the School of Nursing requesting assistance with School of Nursing technology
Roles and Responsibilities
Requester Responsibilities:
- Providing details related to the issue including:
- Contact information
- Card number (Last 8 Digits only)
- Location of Failed or Needed Swipe Access
- Troubleshooting information (e.g. color that flashed when attempted swipe, day, time and what door card was attempted to be used on, any recent changes to your School of Nursing appointment)
Technology Services Responsibilities:
- Communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
- Coordinate the replacement of any hardware that is not functioning properly.
