School of Nursing Faculty, Staff, including Students who are employed by the School of Nursing requesting assistance with School of Nursing technology
Roles and Responsibilities
Requester Responsibilities:
- Providing details related to the issue including:
- Contact information
- What File Storage Service (e.g. Network Drive, UBBox, OneDrive)
- To the best of ability the location of the files or folders (e.g. Folder path, or URL)
- Who needs access and the level of access needed
- Notify if the files and folders contain sensitive identifiable information
Technology Services Responsibilities:
- Communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
- Provide any file and folder locations as needed
- Provide lists of who has access and what level of access they have as needed
- Advice on file and folder storage best practices
