Service Description 

For School of Nursing Faculty and Staff requesting service for computers located in School of Nursing Lab space. 

 

Self-Service

• Check the knowledge base
• Have you tried rebooting your device if applicable 
• Check UB IT Alerts to see the status of UB IT Services (There may be delays in the alert being posted)
• Check the UB IT Phishing Scam and the UB IT Report a Phishing Attempt Page
• Check the status of the following cloud services: Box, Microsoft 365 (including email, and OneDrive), Panopto, UB Learns (Brightspace), Zoom

Roles and Responsibilities

Requester Responsibilities:

• Provide a detailed description of the request in the ticket form

Technology Services Responsibilities:

• Communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
