For School of Nursing Faculty and Staff requesting assistance printing.

  • Have you tried rebooting your device if applicable 
  • Check UB IT Alerts to see the status of UB IT Services (There may be delays in the alert being posted)

School of Nursing Faculty, Staff, including Students who are employed by the School of Nursing requesting assistance with School of Nursing technology  

Roles and Responsibilities

Requester Responsibilities:

  • Providing details related to the issue including:
    • Contact information
    • Provide the location of the printer 
    • Providing details related to the request 

Technology Services Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
