For School of Nursing Faculty and Staff requesting asstiance with the School of Nursing VALT system. The School of Nursing’s VALT system by Intelligent Video Solutions is a power software application to Observe, Capture, and manage video recordings.

School of Nursing Faculty, Staff, including Students who are employed by the School of Nursing requesting assistance with School of Nursing technology
Roles and Responsibilities
Requester Responsibilities:
- Provide a detailed description of the request in the ticket form
Technology Services Responsibilities:
- Communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
Connection Information
Video retention
- Video retention is based on group membership
- The general SON faculty and SON Lab Personnel groups are set for 366 days of retention
- Other groups must manually delete their recordings

- The vendor, IVS can be contacted for most troubleshooting issues and for additional training needs (see contact info below)
