There are 8 console pods, available by reservation only. Each contains Xbox Series X, Sony PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and the ability to hook up your own retro gaming console.
If you are met with no available options to schedule in Navigate for Level Up Gaming, note the following:
- You may make a maximum of one appointment per day in the console pods.
- Appointments can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
- If you missed a previous appointment ("no-show"), you will be unable to schedule future Level Up Gaming visits for 14 days.
- Check their hours to ensure they are not closed.
