This form is used to request temporary unauthenticated access to SMTP services (localsmtp).
We need a UBIT name or email address for updates and reminders. If the contact is not a shared email address we request a second contact in case the first is unreachable.
Requests are for IPv4 addresses (e.g. 128.205.204.xxx) but there must be a corresponding host name. You may only submit one address per request.
