This form is intended for designated HUB Administrative support users who need system support from Enterprise Application Services. Otherwise contact the HUB Support office at hubmail@buffalo.edu if you are an administrative user with a system question and they will direct your question to the correct staff.
General HUB support questions should use the HUB Support form instead.
This will be used to request changes, report issues to the 2 HUB teams. People Soft batch job failures will be directed to this service offering also.
