Use this form to request the account's setup of a native iOS or Android App on Google Play or App Store Connect using UB's License. This form also allows you to grant access to various individuals on both platforms.
If you are requesting to publish the App to App Stores using UB's License, please complete the "UBIT NATIVE APP QUESTIONNAIRE". The questionnaire will be reviewed by representatives of VPCIO, VP for Communications, and the Accessibility office to ensure compliance with University policies and standards and adherence to Federal, State, and SUNY guidelines.
