Use this form to request a search of historical Remedyforce ticket data. This tool replaces the former Remedyforce Viewer and allows staff to select either Remedyforce Ticket (by queue) or Remedyforce Change Request (all queues) as the search type. You can choose one or more queues—along with their current ticket counts—and provide specific search criteria.
Once submitted, a DBA will run the search in the Remedyforce database and return the results to you.
Note: Only requested queues were migrated from Remedyforce. However, queues connected to Change Requests (as child tickets) are included so that Change Requests can be reviewed in full.
